@Arsalan123, Just after Modi came to power in 2014 and Doval became NSA of India, a simulated exercise was done about war with Pakistan innuclear backdrop. Yours truely was the man who was instrumental in creating that exercise. it was after that exercise that Late Parrikar made that famous statement about "No First Use" or NFU as you all know.
Pakistan has redlines for using nukes against India. The aim of the exercise to know how we can bypass those redlines and dismember Pakistan without being hurt by their use of nukes.

The NFU was modified while still being NFU but the preparation to launch nukes on India was added as the reason for India to Launch nukes-city busters to wipe out the enemy population with a rain of Brahmos to cripple the Pakistan SPD sites in case we pick up any movement of TEL or any sign of Nukes being loaded on anykind of delivery platform including aircraft delivered missiles. This was to be followed by SF ops to take over the areas where SPD had deep caves to hide the nukes. The SF were supposed to be fully fit to live in nuke contamination and ensure that the storage facilitiesw of SPD which can't be taken out by Brahmos are surrounded after wiping out every person in that area thru the use of city busters. Thereafter drill thru the mountains and finish them off. The SPD storage sites have self sustaining ability for two months. They can stay within the mountain caves for two months without the need to seek replinishment.
Indian response was to kill anyone and everyone who can interfere with our SF ops. This also needed that we must be prepared for few nukes on Delhi and Mumbai which may not be detected in time and will need to be neutralised. It was for this reason that BMD in these two cities was expedited.
We are now fully prepared to deal with anykind of Pak nukes while they are nude in front of us and defenseless.

Extremely well summarized. Just one follow up question. Pakistan never takes on Indian Army head on. So why the show of force. They will just use proxies to royally mess up the valley like they do always.
Pak army will bear the pain inflicted by their proxies on us , so it doesn't matter anyways. We showed them that we can mobilize such a huge forces in days which has made them worry
2015-16 also saw joint exercises of Special Forces along with Israeli and US SF simulating that they go inside Pakistan to capture/destroy all known Missile and nuke sites.

No. As per constitution of India, The centre has absolute authority to reorganise states. The bifurcation of Bihar, Andhra and MP was done under the same rule. J&K is a state within India and also accepted by the constituent assembly of J&K. Center has every right to reorganise it irrespective of 370.
Once their is no J&K, there will be no 35A and 370. they all die unannounced deaths.
If I'm not mistaken post the break up of Bihar & MP, the state legislative is supposed to pass such a state reorganisation bill by a simple majority post which Parliament votes to ratify it & this bill becomes law after the President assents it. That's how Telangana came into being and that's the template to be followed. However, Article 35A & Article 370 can be annulled by the Parliament. Out of the 2, Article 35A is subjudice. Hence, it's not advisable for the GoI to move on it. That leaves delimitation and Article 370. Your guess on both these is as good as mine.
I understand your point and I appreciate your courage and will.passion is necessary.pakistan possess cruise missiles from a very long time now,much before india dreamed about brahmos.on our side,their is a principle.if you detect that an ibg is about to invade,attack them inside India without even caring about city destroyers missiles from india.thing is clear.before ibg can enter in our territory,Intel should be given and our forces will empty the entire space within which the radiation and other effects can spread.it is already calculated and the principle is there to follow and not to avoid.don't expect conventional war from pakistan.at least two pakistani submarines will remain in indian waters during conflict.they will make sure that nuclear capable cruise missiles will hit targets.the idea and exercises which you are talking about is dubbed as operation ladder.you validated your ideas through exercises,we validated ours.nasr is already multi tube so it will not give enough time to India to retaliate.pakistan might be destroyed in the process but we always maintained that we go down with you,not alone.this is a very dangerous principle but it's there.end of pakistan if several ibgs enter inside our territory.we simply can't allow it to happen.
If this is just preparing to remove 35A or 370, then what's the rush? Just take it in small steps.
