As far as I know, the only new cluster bomb we have is the Textron Systems CBU-105 sensor fused weapon.

Weren't we only using 155 artys on the border, where did the Jag come from ? But then its coming from ISPR, the same guys who throw a Chinese DJI drone on the ground and say they shot down an Indian drone. So lets not believe everything they say.

The size of the cluster bomb inside matches the pics posted by Gafoora, but the entire bomb itself is too big to be fired by an artillery shell. It has to be a bomb dropped from an aircraft.

That's an example of an artillery shell with cluster munitions, note the ring with rifling grooves attached to the shell. Artillery shells with cluster munitions are not unheard of, they're just "taboo".

Pakistan begins it's propaganda with a tweet of Ghafoora after congress PC. Interesting will be how Indian media and T handles will react and how the situation in Kashmir going to develop.

GoI should declare Kashmir Railway project a emergency project.

We are overly dependent upon Air for connectivity with Valley.

Had the project been completed, it would have had hardly taken 48 hours to take out not only the civilians but also to reinforce our forces with resupplies and heavy weaponry.

Why should we accept their claim

This is obviously a red herring , an excuse to cover up their own antics and put pressure on India to scale down.

They are pathological liars

Best to ask for proofs , and say it is a lie.

Do our actions and let them cry.

As for world powers, they couldn't do anything in 90s, they don't have the capacity or capability to do anything now.

There are vultures in the western and Indian media who will play it up

Counter narrative is necessary , no need to go overboard with it.

Just a official press release saying it's a lie and fabrication

Then the onus will be on them to prove it , if they sprout nonsense then they expose themselves only
