6AM notam, usually the navy do such early morning testing. Most likely another AD test, from ship? Anvesh ahoy!
Yeah it could be anything that fits the notam profile tbh, my guess is based on we had one round of testing of ship borne ad, another should follow. Plus the early morning testing is usually done by Navy. Good chance of smart happening too.
Fwiw ITR has a storage sow with the below representational diagram, given its not at the labs so obviously something for testing in near future. This is certainly not for the above June 1 test.

Time consuming process involving a ship at the yard, refit install of hardware & software mission control etc & precautionary safety measure , as compared to other ground launched testing.
FWIW INS Rana is in Paradip , so wonder if new test may happen soon acc to Aditya?
