The problem here is that logistics is not as simple as that. India will not allow the crossing of the border itself. There are weapons far beyond guns. Local Khatta revolvers are available in India for Rs10000. The real firepower comes in missiles, planes, satellite precision guidance etc. Good luck getting 10-20 million people to simply run into Indian territory. Things like food supply, fuel etc are not to be taken for granted

In WW2, many countries did employ conscripts and volunteers. Germany fought with volunteers to a good extent and yet thrashed many countries wholesome. So, just being a civilian does not make one a coward or weak. But what @safriz does not understand is logistics, equipment etc. A person can carry only so many items with him. If one carries a G3 gun and 200 ammunition, that itself will weigh over 10kg. Expecting people to carry such heavy loads and running into India will be insane. In addition, in intense scenarios, people need 3-4 litres of water a day in addition to food. How will anyone manage to come in crores of numbers carrying guns, water, food etc?
