Rafale DH/EH of Indian Air Force : News and Discussions

Wrong, since you can't clear anything, if you don't look into it and SC admittedly didn't looked into Hollands statements.
Why the hell SC want to look anywhere when all the document says it.

Again, Court doesn't investigate allegations. They only look at the legitimacy of the allegations to move forward. Which is none.

Who said SC should decide on numbers? The question was why they were cut down and neither the government in their documents, nor IAF gave an explanation for it.
IAF officers came to court and said. GoI did this multiple times in the past as explained by DM in the parliament. (Mig-29 for example)
Denial mode is not helpful.

It's fully within GoI power make that decision. They don't have to explain shit. Explain make effort to come up with better questions.

😆 Or you simply can't admit to the flaws in the judgement, let alone the revelations the whole SC joke brought with it? No guarantees, confirmed deveations in the procedure, judgement based on wrong informations provided by the government, copy and paste by the SC of the contents from the government documents...

Denial of facts, doesn't make the facts go away and not looking into an issue, doesn't mean there isn't one.
If you don't have faith in our institutions then there is no point arguing. Also, criticizing them sitting outside is a bit rich. You see we don't have that luxury.

SC's judgement is clear minded and right based on the facts they collected. Some grammar mistakes won't change that.

RG itself admitted in the parliament that there is no hard evidence. So, unless you produce some basic evidence whining is inconsequential.

National Herald:
Now the purchase order by the French has put fat in the fire. Excerpts from the report which has set the cat among the pigeons and the link is reproduced below:
“The French government today signed a €2 billion contract with Dassault Aviation for 28 Rafale aircraft and gave the go-ahead for development of the aircraft’s F4 standard which should be validated by 2024, although some functions will be ready by 2022.”
DefenseNews (the source they pretend to quote):
The French government has signed a €2 billion (U.S. $2.3 billion) contract with Dassault Aviation to develop the Rafale’s F4 standard, which is expected to be validated by 2024, although some functions will be ready by 2022. French Armed Forces Minister Florence Parly also confirmed with the manufacturer that it could move forward with production of the last 28 aircraft of the 180 it has on its order books.

Not the same text at all! The disinformation and dishonesty is incredibly blatant it should be outlawed.

(Also it's not a report, it's an article from another media. They don't bother trying to find primary sources. What if they used The Onion as their source? At least it'd be funnier.)

Well, instead of being laconic, refute it with facts for the benefit of everyone around. You don't want Sancho to come in & start a kerfuffle now, do you?
The news had emerged in Defence news and this news was highly distorted to give it a twist. The actual news was that French govt had given Euro2B for development of F4 standard R&D and had ordered a further 28 Rafale from the privious order of 170 aircraft.
This news was distorted to read that French govt has placed an order for 28 Rafale aircraft for Euro2b. This distortion was done by National Herald. This newspaper is owned by Congress and it is the same newspaper for which RaGa and his mother are on bail.

It's in the article:
"France did not announce yesterday any new aircraft acquisition order! The amount you’re referring to will finance solely the development of the new F4 standard for the Rafale. The 28 aircraft remaining to be delivered to the French Air Force are part of previous acquisition contracts," the envoy tweeted.

I'm waiting for @Sancho 's response.

Not exactly. The actual news was the two billions for funding the development of the F4 standard, and a reminder that 28 aircraft are still to be delivered out of the firm order of 180, since 152 have been delivered so far.

There is also talk of a new order for 30 more, but that's for later. They should be delivered during the 2027-2030 period.

The 2 billions € (in fact 1.9) ARE ONLY FOR THE F4 DEVELOPPMENT.

The last 28 of the 180 on ordered for the french forces may be converted directly in F4. And there is also on the table some assurance another batch of 30 (for a grand total of 210) will be inked in the next comming years. Nothing more or less. It's crystal clear for normally brained people.
