Don't be surprised if some documents end up in SC to sensationalize the case and SC allows breaking in into foreign countries to steal offical secrets.
It is the B 301, our development aircraft, which is in Switzerland to demonstrate all the developments and PEAs (technological demonstration) that will be included in the F4 standard.

But still, how do you differentiate between operational aircraft and test aircraft?

And we sent only two planes to Switzerland, only one of which is able to use SNIPER without modification.
by the serial number, and some times with some new antenna (see on top of the frame : a satellit antenna...)
1 - If you can see it the plane numbre B-301 or 302
2 - The white points all around the plane (currently)
3 - the satellite antenna just at the beginning of the cockpit
4 - The sniper pod (currently)
5 - some trappe to come for new antennas
I'm getting sick of waiting; hope now that the elections are over, we can get the rest of the deal wrapped up and start taking deliveries ASAP.

Minister allotment itself is pending..
I don't think we ll sign before the arrival of first batch.. Of F3R.
Rather I'm thinking we will start the process after the first batch arrives. So a signature is possible by end 2020, after the monsoon season.
Otoh, I'm hoping the RFP for MMRCA 2.0 is released before the first batch arrives.
