The header freezes while scrolling down the page and thus eat up screen space. Can we please unfreeze the header (menu section)? @Ashwin @niar

Removed it.

Other desktop users, if you have contention please reply.

Privacy Policy and Terms and Rules pages are missing. Must have pages, never checked them before, were they absent before too? These are important pages for Google atleast.

Agree. On mobile its pain.

@Arvind I'm reverting it

Thats how most forums are, right now the screen space for post is very low especially for user using pads < 13 inches.

Sometimes you can even read a mid size post without scroll. Sore to eyes.

Tablet users are a small subset compared to mobile users.

Hi,
I think that when you post on a thread and after someone else does the same without quoting your post, you should get an alert atleast for the the first post. Any particular reason this has not been implemented?

Make the thread watched, and set your alert for messages on watched thread.... You will get alerts....

13 inch screens are not just for pads but now prevalent in laptops as well. Though in mobiles there is one touch scroll to top or bottom available for ease. In fact the header is anyways too broad, including Moderator one.

Anyways, as you guys wish.

Just check how much of the space is consumed by thread and forum header before actual post starts.

Done. Make sense. This one sucks for me in current form.
I like the background color of that format plus it's soothing to ones eyes. The format is completely regressive & user unfriendly though. Given how defensive Eshwin is about it & his adamancy in refusing to rectify it in spite of multiple requests from different users, I suspect he's designed it. Plus the fact that you're a North Indian doesn't help.

The dumping of the last theme (before this) was because of no option to reduce header. This is a normal-sized header. (No one else complained about this also!)

Unsticking the header will take away the ease of use on mobile. There is always an option to go back to the vanilla theme.
