Its should be without copyright issues and of the size 2000*1500. (Also should match the color pallet)

Didn't need to clear the cache. I could see the change sometime back. Hopefully a theme more suitable to the site's character will be displayed soon.

Bit difficult for me to search as i barely have 2G internet speeds.

How about something that shows our military hardware like the display on Rebublic Day or harsh environments where our armed forces operate? This could be combined with our UN peacekeeping missions also.
