Russian women protest against draft outside defence ministry
Moscow (AFP) June 3, 2024 - A group of women knelt outside the Russian defence ministry in Moscow on Monday, demanding the return of partners drafted to fight in Ukraine.

I'm not actually sure they're not, only the targets and range/weapons are limited. Dark Eagle launchers and Typhons being allowed to fire into Russia would likely end the war here and now
but also risks a nuclear war.
