Ukraine - Russia Conflict

this is what I have always maintained that the great game is not so much about Russia but the game of USA+Uk is to cripple EU. Starting with the largest EU economy. You take out Germany from the remaining three pillars of EU and whole of EU will collapse. UK was the first pillar which went out, now take out Germany, France and Italy will not be able to do anything to prevent the collapse and the huge money pumped in for EU by these nations will turn to dust bringing their collapse as well. Its not Putin who will suffer but the entire weastern Europe will become beggars. Russia is the only country which can save Europe and the future of Europe lies with Russia but somehow all European nations have decided to become pooddle of USA.

The moment of impact and explosion at the Ilyich plant in Mariupol, where the Nazis from the Azov regiment entrenched:

The Russian army destroyed the Nazi MLRS "Azov" at "Azovstal" in Mariupol
Hit by high-precision weapon:

The civilians of Mariupol wished the Ukronazi junta to feel all the suffering that the neo-Nazis inflicted on them: “Damn Poroshenko, Zelensky and all their henchmen.”

The conclusion is already incorrect. Russia has not been able to secure the nuclear power site at Chernobyl, they just stopped there for a while, dug some holes, got radiation sickness from the dust and left.

Russia's production cost is $10 per oil barrel, so even at $80 they are getting 700% profit. And to western countries they are selling at full price 1000% profit in oil and Gas is even higher at 2000% profit margin.
$35 off is $65/bbl. Russia's entire economy is founded on oil and gas. 35% off is basically nearly that amount off GDP and they're a depot down as of late, plus all the fuel they're using themselves with those long convoys.

You should look up how many times the US has sanctioned India. Even now we are being threatened with multiple sanctions.

Stop proving your stupidity every other day. The cheaper the commodities, the more competitive your exports across the board. China will love a discount on oil even if they are the only country exporting finished goods.

Even the EU can't afford expensive oil, let alone China.

Doesn't matter. As India gets richer, China will get a viable trade competitor.

That's our problem. Shouldn't be your concern.

Sure, then 20-30 years later, Russia's oil will become useless too, but until then it's they who hold China's balls.

Not change in price, but end to supplies. The argument is Russia can stop supplies and China goes to sh!t in a matter of months.
I have little regard for any nation purporting to be a democracy that won't condemn the invasion of one. It's that simple. Don't expect any sympathy.

The EU has afforded oil at $150/bbl, it's currently $99/bbl. China would love it for sure, but they don't need it if push comes to shove.

You've been saying that since I joined the predecessor of this forum over a decade ago - 12 years I think. It's not going to happen. Well not unless China takes Taiwan and then gets nuked by the US. That's the only way it could possibly happen at this rate.

True but still very silly indeed.

Russia has already angered the EU and US plus partners, who are now cutting all Russian oil use by 2024. So you think Russia is now in a place to threaten to cut China's oil supplies too? Who on Earth do you think will make up for that share of the market, US, Europe and China. India alone can't and the Middle East will fight tooth and nail on prices to stop Russia taking their market.

As I say, the premium is likely down to many factors, why is the European price more than the US price. There are likely factors at play beyond the price of the oil itself too.

China can pay more and get that 16% of its supply from elsewhere. Russia meanwhile cannot make up for the loss of the American, European and Chinese markets, it's simply impossible. We're talking about 60% of global oil consumption. India is <5%. Even if you all put it on your cereals and made tea with it every day it still wouldn't make up for the loss.

Europe is well aware of the economics and for the last time, there was no conspiracy, Ukraine was simply following in the footsteps of every other Eastern European democracy since 1990. The only partner Putin has to its West now is that fruitcake in Belarus, that should tell you something. The only mistake Ukraine made was announcing that they had oil and gas first, which Putin heard. Germany will manage even if it has to pay more for gas. Shit, the EU can pump the money into building a pipeline under the Mediterranean if necessary. They'll probably need to guard it with their navies and a sonar network to prevent Russian sabotage, but it's possible.

They didn't decide to become 'poodles', that was Modi's choice when he left India dependent on Russian weapons. The EU made a decision based on decency and morality, Putin kind of made it for them actually. And if Putin could just shut off the taps he would have by now. The fact is that if Putin shuts down his only economic lifeline he's dead economically and perhaps even literally too. The man has gone down some kind of senseless route of suicide by invasion.

In reality it's partly Europe's fault for not taking a harder line sooner, he took Crimea and the Donbass and the EU response was 'meh', so then he thought, "shit, I may as well just take the whole thing." He made a terrible assumption due to the weak position the EU took on Crimea, and it's backfired spectacularly in ways both he and many in the west couldn't have imagined. Finland and Sweden are now in favour of NATO membership, he's lost a major trading partner and his military has been exposed as something a lot less capable than people thought it was.

Russia's best move now is to dispose of Putin and dissociate themselves from his actions as leader. In time that could lead to the resumption of normal relations.

They still make 300% profit and get a new major customer in exchange. Plus we get to pay in rupees. And we get some leverage over OPEC when it comes to the Asian Premium as their marketshare goes down.
Wow, you and Ironhide seem to have different percentages for profit. Could it be that one or both of you is simply making shit up?

Poor comedic gold or rather platinum. Paddy's finest hour . I pretty much doubt he'd be able to outdo himself ever . Paddy is one comedic gift which keeps on giving. Really enlivens up things in a drab place like this . I'm bookmarking this post for posterity & gloomy days which can do with a few good laughs.
