More or less russia might use them to consolidate the territory captured so far.
Russian war objective now is much limited than what it was in February. It seems like they only want to hold what they have now plus take reminder of Donbass if possible ( which is hard).
If they can bring a 100,000 reservers to the front, they can hold the line till winter. And during winter, they can train up and way more conscripts and prepare for next summer operations.
Russia does have crappy logistics. Their whole logistics were based on rails with large warehouses unloading and storing ammunition in Wearhouses near railway stations. That's gonna change in the future, Russians will start using smaller but numerous distributed warehouses (Like Ukraine) to reduce HIMAR efficiency.

They don't have enough trucks to run logistics that way, and I'm sure Ukraine has plenty of reservists already trained and waiting to match any Russian increase in number. Trucks and smaller warehouses (which tend to be less fortified) are also very vulnerable to small drones.
