I think Ukraine is dotting their I's and crossing their T's before they launch another big offensive. The forces currently encircling Lyman are small force keeping the Russians on their toes. I think mobilization will take at least 1-2 months. We might not see much effect on the ground until then.
Highly doubt fresh troops are there for any offensive operations. Incoming troops might be used to consolidate and guard the current held territory. Battle hardened troops might stay on the frontlines. This looks like more or less a message to ukraine that window is closing fast to reclaim the territory. After this all that ukraine can do is keep pounding the russian held territory with little or no success.
If peace negotiations start (highly unlikely given us & uk opposition) then we might see some surge in fighting so that each side will try to gain territory to have some advantage to bargain with.
