The Minsk Treaty was a joke, Russia was never in compliance with it at any time.

how much longer can the ppl be fooled, every idiot knows that west does whatever it wants. Treaties are instruments to fool the world into thinking they want peace and borrow time to create disruption.
By the way it was ukraine which broke minsk agreement and acted as if it was interested in peace when it was arming for war. We have seen pakistan doing the same, after every agreement there is a terrorist attack , then they get slapped, they return back to negotiation table to borrow time and the cycle repeats.
