Russians know all these new weapons are going to push them out of Ukraine. The Leopard 2's are coming Poland is going to say F-u to Scholz and give Ukraine their Polish Leopards in which other nations will follow. I actually think, and I'm not the only one who thinks this, Scholz wants this to happen so that he doesn't make the decision and take responsibility. Ukraine has plenty of tanks in T-72's that they have captured during the taking of Izium and Lyman and the 90 upgraded T-72's Czech Republic is sending. Poland still has hundreds of T-72 PT-91's that they can still hand over to Ukraine however what NATO wants is Ukraine to use western tanks side by side with western IFV's in combined arms tactics.

Russia is Fked and they know it.

I wonder how Ukraine manage to operate all these new weapon system . Even for professional army it ll require some familiarity . Tanks , artillery , air defence requires lots of training to operate , maintain , manage parts etc . They might have lost many trained men .

They're getting the training as well. They get the training before the equipment arrives. At present they've been trained for lots of equipment that hasn't even arrived or been decided yet.

Russians forces currently appear to be shelling inside Kreminna, which is an interesting development.

Why so few tanks are in FA?
Given that France has Defence agreement/Pact with Greece and Other African Nations...
Because in Western Europe we're surrounded by friendly nations and would operate as part of a larger NATO force in any arena, and would likely pulverise the hypothetical enemy army with airpower first. We could always move to a war economy and/or mass produce more tanks if the need arises though.

some of the higher end weapons like HIMARS is being operated by west , they are generally far from front lines out of firing range.
Others like artillery dont need much training , as basics of operations are nearly same across the board.

Doctrine. Just like US France relies on air power to pound ground forces. US Marines got rid of all their Abrams tanks force. Unfortunately tanks are endangered species for western militaries with powerful air forces that can easily acheive air superiority.

yup
