These F-16s would be swatted out of sky by Su-30SM and Su-35S. They should better donate F-15 EX in substantial numbers if they want to hold RuAF and even that would fall short.
Su-35 with R-37 has proved to be a game-changer in this war.

I don't see Russia bombing Kyiv either, they're still having to use expensive cruise missiles, most of which get shot down. It's bad when Indians regard Russians firing A-A missiles that miss from over their own territory as air superiority. Has any of these R-37s even hit anything yet? At least old AIM-54s got some kills in the Iran-Iraq War.

Its quite obvious russians are probing the AD and ensuring those AD missiles get expended at a higher rate which will make their AF safe.
