As far as India is concerned, PoJK includes Gilgit Baltistan. Pakistan making it a state does not change its status. So when I say PoJK it includes the Gilgit Baltistan area, not just the part the Pakistanis claim run by a separate government.

The payscale episode brought to my mind an anecdote, I think I should share.
I used to frequent a club once upon a time, where the manager - a Mr .Yadav was the epitome of what a person in hospitality ought to be - affable, calm, courteous, suave and polished. His superior, a Mr Tiwari was the complete opposite of this Mr Yadav. He used to be grumpy, surly, discourteous, prone to temper tantrums, snappy, rude, quick to pick up fights, etc.
A wag - a drinking partner, also from UP brought up the tale of Parshuram's birth under unusual circumstances to explain this behavior against type. In all my experience, I confess never to have come across such behavior against type except for those two individuals in that club.

Simple... Indian Airforce chief made a statement means he has gone thru cross checking datas from Awacs....Ground radars... Inputs from Abhi and his wing man...Ground inpute on visual.... He took a call after analysing all the above..... So when he says so... Let us believe it..... It is not a mosquito which can be hidden..... IAF chief will not risk his reputation
The F-16 was awarded as a kill officially to Wg. Cdr. Abhi 4-5 days after 27th. IAF went thru all available data, analysed it, got convinced and only after that officially gave this Kill to Wg. Cdr. Abhi. But more than him, imagine the great boost it is for No 51 Sqn, who will now get the privilage of showing an F-16 as a kill.

I would say take a CAP near LoC, try intruding let the interceptors come in and shoot 2 of them down over Pakistani airspace then claim it as equalizer for this "2 loss", a purely aggressive action. Later release the evidence of f16 via sources and make it 3 for 1 Mig21.
By claiming it officially again they are providing us the best cover to escalate again. They even tried to hit military installations in exchange for terrorists, that one is still pending. I would say go for it.
This looks very unlikely, 2 aircrafts were 50+ Km apart, optical aberration and limitation of equipment makes it rather hard to belive, also if there was any such video it would have been released by now.
