Yep. There has never been a direct confrontation. And Iran's arsenal is unknown either.
In a few short years, our capabilities versus Pakistan will become completely asymmetric. The difference between the forces will become as big as the one between the IN and PN.
Today, we are in a position to win a full scale war against Pakistan. But we will see heavy losses in the process. In a few years, it will be a one-sided massacre.

They don't have the bomb. If that's what you mean. From what I've read, in case they decide to restart their N program now, they'd be able to possess a crude device in the next couple of years. The knowhow is intact .The facilities are either dismantled or under tremendous scrutiny.That's what has the Israelis spooked.
