Isnt that what PAF is doing according to you? Can you prove IAF isnt doing the same? There isnt an onz of proof provided by IAF to support its claims. A 10 year old can produce more realistic radar images using MS paint.

What India did after Pulwama in Balakot on 26th Feb was a breath of fresh air. For so long we have been playing the game of "peace-peace" with a hollow ball called "dossier".

In terms of battlefield war: India (1) - Pakistan (0)
In terms of information war: India (-1) - Pakistan (+2)

They really got us in the information warfare scene which even the IAF itself has recognized. I am sure everyone has read their review post Balakot.
We can only talk based on trust and credibility of Indian Armed forces and refer to the pathological lying habit of Pakistan.
But no matter what we say, they always have more documented evidence in their favor.

I think people are getting involved in forum fights. Yes, we cannot debate 26/27th Feb on forums and hope to win it because information warfare was lost by us.

But these are small issues. The ultimate goal is the breakup of Pakistan and make their army feel the pain. We were successful in that. Balakot was a great-great-great step by India.

Another thing in India's favor:
Now we know how the enemy will respond and most importantly we know the chinks in our armor. This whole episode has been a boon for IAF. Our operational preparedness will surely get a kick.

I've seen the videos. They're... inconclusive at best.

On the topic of parachutes, is there anything that suggests the second one (if there even was a second parachute) wasn't just a MiG-21 drogue chute that deployed after the aircraft was hit? They can be deployed purposefully, as this SU-22 pilot did before overshooting the runway, or accidentally via concussive force the same as an airbag in a car can accidentally deploy.

The second chute doesn't have to be a pilot and people remembering otherwise doesn't indicate they're being deceptive. People sometimes just misremember or mis-ID things. That's why witness testimonials are considered the lowest form of evidence. There's too much potential for bias, doctoring, deliberate falsifications or mis-remembrances.

As a concerned 3rd party watching with interest I can say that I believe neither side's viewpoint. Even on this thread we see multiple different views, counter-views and conclusions. No one can get the story right, let alone conclusively say "this is how it happened".
