That looks like a B0269 rather than 80269.
keep in mind in the database link its written 78-0269.
I think the 0269 is the aircraft number and B is the training version.
Explains the two parachutes and two pilots missing tweet by ISPR.

I have been reading @Nilgiri comment about it. If you look carefully and match the lay of land and topography, you will see two different crash sites. we can debate whether the aircraft is F-16 or not. But we can't deny that these are two different aircraft and two different crash sites.
Its from the 2014 batch of 13 F16(12 A and 1B).

Can go either way for me. But the point still is it tallies as the B version.
It seems that the movement of IN unnerved Pakistan completely and forced them to beg India for de-escalation.
