Only option Pakistan has left in case of conflict is to hut back hard and escalate it rapidly, they can't fight long drawn war so emphasis will be to escalate quickly and bring in UN and other countries.
For those who think Pakistani nuclear blackmail days are over I don't think so. They will present a credible deterrence, at least that's what their game plan looks like and for that they will strike India with missiles too trying to inflict huge number of casualties. Ball will be again in Indians court if we want to test our nuclear contingency plans with world breathing down our necks or we just let it go for the time being.
Do not count the Pakistan out yet, our nation is not prepared to handle huge casualties figures and in a big relief to Pakistan, the Congressi ecosystem (some clowns present even here) will divide the country and build pressure or blame Modi with everything those vultures got for electoral gains. Pakistan on the other hand does not have such problem as army can pick up anyone who talks against them. For a common Indian it maybe war of respect and getting back what's our but for vultures it's an opportunity to get power back. There are ways to tackle that but I don't know if government will enforce them, I even doubt Modi will be able to sustain that pressure after he chickened out on 27th Feb night.
I just hope we stretch it long, keep it limited and hammer them just enough that they can't escalate or hide.

Beleive me sir they don't have any nuclear warheads. And even if we assume they do they would never be able to deliver it.
Falcon seems to be very confident they will never get a chance to use it. Ill take that seriously.
Thing is we wont like to stretch things either. Economic shocks aside, the world is now tiring of the noise from Kashmir. They just want to wish it away. They will bring in pressure for us to quieten things quickly or else we ll risk losing support.
I won't be so sure, Falcon and other senior and more informed people like @Aashish talked about rendering Pakistani nuclear weapons useless years ago, much much before Balakot strike but all our plans are just plans.
They don't want to use them as it will wipe them out, it's only for international consumption and bring in third party.
So far both in Surgical Strikes and Balakot strikes luck has been favorable, even after immense training and risk and courage you still need luck for flawless execution, but for how long will we test it? It ran out when Abhinandan went after f16, enemy will get smarter everytime we humiliate them and it will be harder and more risky to execute future plans.
Two possibilities :-
1. - large scale terror attack so that we retaliate and they will counter us ( like balakot but IAF will massacre PAF this time). This is to show world that we are aggressor as niazi already talking about false flag op.
2. - firstly they will show that they won’t engage militarily but in reality they will try to hit us in a surprise attack(by PAF & PA).
- They will try to inflict as much casualties possible on our side but when we enter POK or open another front they will blackmail the world that they will use Nukes (bluff) so that international community intervene.
—> recent exercise of PAF and PN shows that they are preparing for something nasty!

It seems you have not given much attention to the test of deep dive version of bramhos and the statement of our DM about our NFU policy a month later. We have locked all their nuclear facilities with this missile and all of them will be destroyed within minutes after the conflict starts.
I have said that too and when you too know that they will never use nuclear weapons ( if they have any ) then why you are still having doubts? Every world power knows the truth of their nuclear bluff and it will not help them in any of their objectives wheather it is to halt our advance or forcing world powers to mediate.
Wrong, in surgical strikes there response was just what we wanted. They denied it and didn't retaliated hence the risk of conflict faded. Inbalakot too we didn't want a full scale war as there were some operational gaps in our conventional capabilities ( which are filled now).
They will never get smart because they have genetic problem due to generations of inbreeding.

Yes I remember this incident but I think India rejected Chinese invitation to join cpec three times so I think in this situation,they are more worried about their only alternative route.i don't think that China trust russia.china only trust Russia when it comes to matters related to America and technology transfer.what they wanted is a route and we provided it so it's very difficult for them to sell cpec and join India.you guys already face doklam incident so there is still hostile behavior.

A missile attack will be very different from a hostage/PoW situation. A missile attack will inflame passion and there will be a thousand times more pressure on Modi to retaliate. Moreover, I am confident in the event of a missile attack our response would be in minutes if not within an hour or two. not enough time to build international pressure and will also give India a justification to hit their nuke assets!
Modi didn't chicken out. It was the right thing to do at that point in time. Made no sense once they released Abhinandan given the fact they didn't cause any casualty/infrastructural damage! Also no LokSabha elections now! If anything not retaliating will hurt Modi politically. rahul Gandhi will again axe his feet nothing else.
