If you ignore the deliberate timestamp which is to mislead (note timestamp is of different colour) then top right coordinates colour.
Then the first picture can be clearly seen as picture after attack, where numerous holes can be seen in roof and in the second picture can be seen the brand-new tin roofing done..
Here you can see in red marked, clear signs of numerous holes in main building, building in topmost portion has even its roof blown off...
Not clear on 2 rows marked in blue line, One explanation could be 2 rows of freshly makes graves or dead bodies arranged, looking in prospective of damage done to buildinng..
What about the vegetation, other than sun angle being different and , can you point to any new plant added or removed..
The only thing different is either grass has been removed or killed in later..
Why concern for grass??? It could also implies lot of ground boots everywhere in vicinity post attack, as they went over every inch of land.. before allowing visitors after good 30 days that too on a guided tour of limited area
Pic with shiny repaired roofs can also be taken from a different season altogether.... and could be due to seasonal variations.. The important part is holes & roof destroyed Vs fresh shiny repair.

Also the building at the top is too neat to have been blown off.. .It was clearly under construction... in 2018 and was completed by Feb 2019...Between we are kicking a dead horse..

Flights carrying national leaders are considered as "state aircraft" and are not subject to its provisions, the International Civil Aviation Organisation or ICAO said, in response to India's complaint against Pakistan for its refusal to let the Prime Minister's plane go through its airspace to Saudi Arabia.
"The Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago Convention), which ICAO helps governments to cooperate under, only applies to the operations of civilian aircraft and not to state or military aircraft," the ICAO spokesperson said.
"Flights carrying national leaders are considered state aircraft, and are therefore not subject to ICAO provisions," the spokesperson added.
The ICAO is a specialised UN agency and its main job is to manage the administration and governance of the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago Convention).
India had taken up Pakistan's denial of use of its airspace to the Prime Minister's flight with the ICAO, government sources said on Monday ahead of PM Modi's visit to Saudi Arabia on a bilateral visit.
India sought overflight clearance from Pakistan for the Prime Minister's aircraft - Air India One - to go to Saudi Arabia on Monday, but Islamabad denied the request.
The sources told news agency Press Trust of India that India regrets Pakistan's decision to yet again deny overflight clearance for the VVIP special flight, granted routinely by any normal country.
Pakistan's Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said in a statement that Pakistan has decided to not allow Prime Minister Modi to use Pakistan's airspace, state-run Radio Pakistan reported.
In September too, Pakistan had denied overflight clearance to the Prime Minister's aircraft during his visit to the US.
India has taken up the issue of denial of overflight clearance with the relevant international civil aviation body, sources said.
