Yes it will. because otherwise how can you justify that three generations taking benefit of reservations and get best of jobs and yet call themselves backward. That too with very strict laws to punish caste based discrimination. The mentality of these people is to loot. remeber that lady Khobragade? her father was IAS and she became IFS using the same reservation in 1999 when SC had limited the reservation to just one generation in its ruling in 1995.
Mandal commisiion did not do justice with its mandate. Please read the mandate of Mandal commission and you will know that one of the most important criteria to decide OBC was economic conditions. Mandal himself was from SC so he deviated from it and created conditions and criteria to exclude upper castes from the purview of reservations.
you see....you got the whole thing wrong because you're a rich guy with 250 crores in FD. The battle for reservatons has nothing to do with IIT/ IIM/ IAS./ IFS . They always highlight this to get urban people worked up. The real battle is elsewhere...one much much more intensely fought and with far graver consequences than that this stuff will ever be.
Sorry sir. I have not seen even one SC from my village backhome use the benefits of reservations. The selfstyled uppercaste among the SCs have cornered all the reservations and the ones who really need it have been deprived the benefits. Today the biggest enemy of an SC is another SC himself.
In due time, the sub castes among the SC's will emerge to confront the dominant castes amongst them - the ones whove been cornering the benefits of affirmative action. We already see this phenomenon among the BC's & OBC's. UP & Bihar are a case in point.
Can you please name one SC leader from really extremely backward castes? mayawati is from the most dominant SC class and so was Baba Saheb. Why has these people not given any strong leader from really backward SC? reason is simple. Numbers count in a democracy and present system of reservation will continue to benefit the numbers and not the needy. Do you know who has the largest number of population among SCs? Its Jatavs and equivalent in every state of India including TN and Kerala. And these guys have been the most affluent of all SCs from time immamorial.
here is the deal... the jobs that matter are not IAS/IFS/ IPS....it's railway sweeper, CPWD manual labor support, permanenet staff of low levels. Those are the most threatening jobs for society. In rural heartland it has been the custom to get labor at a pittance by keeping the OBCs down. They force OBCs to work at terms the villages want and in industries they symobilically use to keep low (leather industry, in Andhra collecitng night soil etc.) when Dalits try to break out of this cycle villages enforce it through social and economic boycott. A dalit that gets a sweeper job suddenly becomes immune to that boycott- he doesn't have to fear reprisal. He can send his children to school because suddenly no one will threaten to make him starve to death. That re-structruing of the power equation is what the upper castes dont want. The minority lose control to the majority if this process kicks in. Modi prevented these positions from being filled for over 10 years when he was CM thereby pleasing the trader communicty from whom the BJP gets cash. At the same time so long as Dalits don't get enough strength to fight they are forced to listen to their upper caste landlords on who to vote for. This makes sure that BJP continues winning elections. Why do you think BJP is vehemently anti-commie? Because commies want to break that euqation once and for all.
For your information Indian Navy has a Tpass branch which is about cleaning toilets in the warships and they are also trained for damage control as secondary duty. You will be shocked to know that over 80% of all Topass brach sailors of Indian Navy and Coast Guard are from Upper Castes. I clean my own toilet in my house and so does my wife. My wife has shared everything with me including her body but she refuses to share the toilet. She uses our bedroom attached toilet but has a separate one for herself.
Tell your children that the only job they are allowed to do is clean toilets. Tell them that they will not be allowed inside your house or eat a meal with others because this is their status. Tell them that their children cannot do anything other than clean toilets. And when one of them tries to break out of the cycle by ironing clothes the whole village ostracizes the whole family or community- that's what the dalits are facing.
And now imagine one of your children gets job as a railway sweeper. Government job that gives him (pittance of a) salary every month. A secure job that will last a lifetime. Suddely the village cannot threaten them. They can say screw you I will not let my children clean toilets but send them to school. The economic boycott is suddenly toothless. The GOI+ State Governements account for millions of these jobs. That's what upper castes want to stop. Not the 2 people out of 10 that the IFS recruits every year.
you are talking bullshit. I will always teach my children what my generations have taught me. Learn and educate yourself. Work for the nation and society and take care of your nation and its people. No job is bad and respect those who are suboridinate for whatever reason. Respect the labour. Even Lord Parshuram used to go to forests to collect wood to help his mother cook the food. No one called him a SC for doing the job of a lakadhara?

Yes becuase SCs will never tell their children about Rishi Balmiki and Nishaad raj. That is how bad they are. But will always blame Brahmins for their plight. About five years back, my cook sent her 17 yr old girl in her place to cook food at my place. She was from SCs. I was aghast and asked the lady never to repeat it. She told me that her daughter is studying in 11th and she has no money to pay for her education. I paid her the tution fees for her daughter in addition to what I paid her. I also told her that GOI and Delhi govt has so many policies to help you people and she can take benefit of them. Delhi Govt under Congress had a scheme of giving one lakh to any girl child of SC who would complete 12th standard.
Do you know what that family did? They took that money and married off their daughter just after 12th. Who can help such cheats?
The SCs will be whipped if they talk about Rishi Balmiki. Get out of your urban rich mindset- this is not the real India. In many rural areas even today a Dalit thatb tries to send his kids to school will be tied to a tree and thrashed. Many don't show the guts to take a 'baraat' when they get married. Recently some kids defied their village edict and wrote engineering entrance. They were stoned when they came back and had to be given protection. You should start looking at the real India not the urban stuff you see around you.
Let me tell you another biggest scam these Scs are doing alongwith so called Mudra scheme beneficiaries. My maid is from Bihar. She took leave to go to her home town as Bihar govt was giving money under "Swatch Bharat" scheme to construct toilets. She got 75k and promptly lent that money to local money lender for 18% interest. She never got the toilet constructed. Now all these so called Mudra beneficieries have bought motor cycles from the money which BJP govt gave them to start a business and now all of them are blaming BJP for lack of jobs. In my own village in Haryana, SCs who got loans to buy Tractors, sold the Tractors just outside the showroom for 50% price and from that money they bought second hand cars. Do you think such people need to be given help. These are cheats who should be behind bars.
SCs are the biggest looters of this nation's resources and they need to to be punished for misusing the nation's resources rather than being given a soft corner. They are cheats, they have been cheats in the past and will always remain so. Their SC staus helps them the most and no matter what you do for them, they will love to be called SCs.

Tejashwi Yadav Will Have to Vacate Govt Bungalow After Patna HC Rejects Petition
RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav received a setback on Monday, when the Patna High Court dismissed his petition challenging the Bihar government's order asking him to vacate the bungalow allotted to him while he was the deputy chief minister.
A division bench of Chief Justice A P Sahi and Justice Anjana Mishra rejected the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader's appeal challenging a single-judge order dated October 6, 2018, which had turned down his petition against the state government's direction.
The single-judge order had said, "the petitioner has been allotted a bungalow, matching his status as a minister in the government, at 1, Polo Road, Patna. He cannot raise complaint on the decision so taken, simply because the present bungalow is more suited to him".
Yadav, who is now the Leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Assembly, occupies the 5, Desh Ratna Marg bungalow, which is at a stone's throw from the Raj Bhavan and the chief Minister’s official residence.
The Nitish Kumar government has asked Yadav to swap residences with Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, who lives in 1, Polo Road, situated about a kilometre away.
