On a cautious note, the enemy is most dangerous when they are cornered. Congress can do something terrible to the country in revenge or to get back up. Remember 26/11 being timed with elections. And Mani Shankar Iyer calling Pak help for Congress win.

I just hope the intel works by Doval is well placed this time that if congress tries anything funny, they will be exposed and destroyed.

Your statement and your link contradicts each other. Guess, you being you, you never read the article and went by the head lines.

It's not as if the BJP is incapable of such acts, just that we need more than innuendo to make a serious charge. All we have here is an unsubstantiated statement. By you, of all people.

Oh you poor man. Trust me an MLA is worth more than an MP. He has ACTUAL power. If I were BJP I would pay 250 crore for Bellary MLA. He would directly control the local police and district collector to make sure that the illegal mining operation that I want to run will be smooth. that stuff is at least 3000 crore a year in revenue for the parties. And then by capturing the Assembly I can pass all kinds of bills (cash support for Lingayats, screw with opposition during elections etc.) to win the lok Sabha. Since all those MLAs will control all the district officials and police, I can make sure that only my karyakartas can campaign freely while the opposition keeps getting thrown into jail under one pretext or the other. the possibilities are endless, especially for ruthless operator like BJP.
