Actually, this was a Paractice among the Royal Family of Britain to travel to overseas destinations within their empire on warships. But they were Royals and not Democracy. Nehru and his family always considered themselves to be the rulers of India and not democratically elected representatives. They lived and behaved like the Neo Mongols of India.

Hate to say this but told you sir, it was a non issue, infact a mockery of intellect of Indians by Swami who lives in his own world. There are many, much more serious and credible issues where you can burry this family, no shortage of crimes but when you play jokes like this it is pathetic.

Petitioner is lucky not to be reprimanded for wasting time of SC but then frivolous petitions are becoming a norm nowadays from all sides.

CJI is wrong in this matter. It was not some company but a company owned by Rahul Gandhi. There is a big difference between the two.

What exactly did he say in those pamphlets? Btw - the man who slapped Khujliwal a few days ago was observed on camera to be sharing the dais with Khujilwal and other AAP worthies a couple of months ago according to an India Today breaking news story a couple of nights ago. Of course AAP being AAP has denied any knowledge of the person or the incident citing ignorance on his presence in such a function. Just F.Y.I

Details of pamphlet

Reading out the contents of the pamphlet, Atishi broke down twice at a press conference and said she very pained on seeing it. She asked how women would feel safe if men like him get elected. Gambhir has not yet responded to the allegations.

called Atishi a "prostitute", “beef eater” and a “very good example of a mixed breed”.
The single-page letter is also littered with obscenities against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Sisodia, who has been called a “Scheduled Caste” man born of “unlawful parents”.
It also contains scurrilous personal allegations of a sexual relationship between her and Delhi deputy CM Manish Sisodia

100 bucks these pamphlets are designed by Atishi maybe her parents suggested this trick. Knowing these terror apologists they can stoop to any low for personal gains, both Atishi family and AAP has a very good track record of doing it. AAP has used every dirty trick possible and after elections when things comes out these *censored*s are always the perpetrators.

1st that 2 voter ID fake news, now this new drama. How come nothing like this happen anywhere in India and AAP is always victim? That man who slapped Kejri was his own party man but no media showed that instead repeated allegations of Modi trying to kill him. Nobody needs to kill him, he has strong suicidal tendencies and is dying his natural death.

@vstol Jockey are the people who insulted a woman of her modesty and then blame her creating the whole controversy herself going to protect Mothers and Daughters? I think not.

I remember the attacks on churches in Delhi too during the last state elections in Delhi. Guess what came out of it as most Christian organizations came out in street protests all over India or the rape of s senior nun too in WB, if memory served me right, attributed by Rana Ayyub to the RSS / BJP / VHP.

This is the Job of AAP. Amanutullah Khan had done same thing in Okhla and also in Najafgarh. They distributed such papers asking muslims to vote for AAP and than denied it.

Do you think BJP central Leadership will allow it? Only AAP is known to have resorted to such tricks in the past.

You know deep inside that's not the case. The response to this will be seen in the results- Gautam Gambhir's political career will be the first baby born in history born with two arseholes when the electorate tears him a new one in elections.
