What does she mean by this make believe.. LAC is a nebulous military line subject to change by military force. It does not even have the sanctity and recognition of a cease fire line like LoC.

Most of the officers you named do not know how LOC or LAC looks like. The real people who actually talk or formulate are not from MEA any more.
