As is and as it will always be, India does not want third party mediation from any world power. It's in our interests to handle everything bilaterally, whatever problem we have with anybody.
There's no actual rule saying we have to leave. Pakistan is still a part of historical India. All we have to do is run it like an autonomous region with restriction on population movement.
