But, if anybody had any intent of going to war, they would have already started, and not wait for each side to heavily reinforce their positions, which would make any action that much costlier... for either side..

I don't doubt NS patriotism, it's the horrible economic data that makes you think, think, think and then let go. Coming months will be catastrophic w.r.t economy, Maharashtra one of the big state is down for many coming months, Delhi is now on the edge and it look way beyond Kejri's capacity to salvage it. I always advocate BJP should not let go Maharashtra, it's too important a state to be left for clowns. Do whatever is needed but form government there, with UT or without him, it's not the time for ego. Delhi's legislature should be suspended putting it under control of Center, BJP or Congress or whoever should be free to manage it when elected to power in center.
