Using old Garpun instead of Scantar 6000 SSR. Also, why the heck she is having F50 written over it?
She isn't until she gets ATAS. That will make her complete.View attachment 30136

Nothing much we can do. In the long run, introduce PLI like scheme for civilian shipbuilding and cultivate a champion. The issue is not with naval shipbuilding but the lack of scale advantage from the civil shipbuilding.
When comes to AC its almost a 3 five year plan timeline.
Applicable to evey sector, not just ship building. If you want to develop your military engineering, develop ypur domestic civil engineering sector. Here we import even compressor refrigerator and expect military to induct only indigenous products.Nothing much we can do. In the long run, introduce PLI like scheme for civilian shipbuilding and cultivate a champion. The issue is not with naval shipbuilding but the lack of scale advantage from the civil shipbuilding.
This graphic is wrong, guy who made it deleted it. 54B is yet to start fitting out.
First one is INS Talwar and the second inline is INS Teg
Can anyone identify which Teg class ships are these? They have received the ATAS Sonar.
INS Talwar does not have AK-630.First one is INS Talwar and the second inline is INS Teg
Looks like Wumao number fudging. IN is not this slow and PLAN is not this much faster than the rest of the world. Let's not get started on civilian shipbuilding sector because currently, that's a pretty big embarrassment for India.Nothing much we can do. In the long run, introduce PLI like scheme for civilian shipbuilding and cultivate a champion. The issue is not with naval shipbuilding but the lack of scale advantage from the civil shipbuilding.
