Ukraine - Russia Conflict

A soldier of the Russian PMC Wagner spoke about the battles in Ukraine near Bakhmut. To complete the picture of what is happening, the video of the battles is combined with real videos of the battles of the Ukrainian army in Bakhmut.

Ukraine received about 30 German ZSU "Gepard". The Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft gun was adopted by Germany in 1973, and by 2012 all vehicles were decommissioned due to obsolescence. ZSU "Gepard" is the most complex armored vehicle in Germany, the preparation of its crew of 3 people takes the most time from all German armored vehicles. It is worth noting that now there is a problem with the supply of ammunition for this installation, Germany does not make them anymore. "Gepard" can be compared with the Soviet ZSU-23-4 "Shilka" developed in 1964. In terms of the rate of fire, "Gepard" loses to "Shilka", 550 rounds per minute, the rate of fire of "Shilka" is 3400 rounds. But "Gepard" wins in terms of firing range. Gepard is equipped with a search radar with a target detection and tracking range of up to 18 km. On the sides of the tower, 35-mm automatic guns are installed with a firing range of up to 5 km and a height reach of 4 km. Ammunition installation 340 shells for each gun. Gepard is built on the chassis of the Leopard 1 tank, weighs 47 tons and has a top speed of 65 km/h.

Russian reconnaissance group spoke about the battles in Ukraine and mercenaries

Russian Lancet kamikaze drones have become a problem in Ukraine. The number of cases of strikes by these drones is growing every day. For the first time, a marine target, a Project 58155 Gyurza-M boat of the Ukrainian Navy, was hit by a Lancet drone in Ukraine. The video also shows attacks on the Norwegian self-propelled guns M109A3 of the Ukrainian army, one of them exploded ammunition. A blow to the radar station 36D6-M of the S-300 air defense system of Ukraine. For an unknown reason, the 9K35 Strela-10 air defense system of the Ukrainian army did not notice the Lancet drone and was destroyed, the air defense missiles exploded.

The Italian 155-mm FH-70 howitzers received by the Ukrainian army came under attack from the Russian Lancet kamikaze drone.

What Germany was to Russia, all of EU is to China. They prefer economics over politics, while preferring to let others fight for them.

The same with Ukraine. The US threw the EU under the bus when it came to dealing with Russia because the EU allowed Russia to take advantage of them.

History will repeat as usual in the same generation. The US will push China towards sanctions, and the EU will bite more dust when the sanctions hit.

The US is making the right moves to make the world a safer place in the long term, ie, taking out Russia, China and the GCC. The EU has no interest in getting with the program though. They prefer their bubble.
When China invades Taiwan, do you think Germany is going to sanction China?
I would say "Emphatically Nein".
What did you expect? Sovereign democracy gets invaded, India is like "ho-hum" and most forum/twitter bums and Hindustan Times are spouting off about how it's all the West's fault like everything.
LOL! If they are twitter bums, then why are even listening to them.
It's not like they have say in govt, Decision Making.

Honestly Biden has surprisingly been much more belligerent than initially thought. I thought he was going to be a full on Chinese stooge. Interesting how things are turning out. With Biden basically being a vegetable the US state department and DoD has been of the leash for the first time in years I think.

And they're mostly doing that because India isn't exactly neutral on reddit and forums. Head of state says neutral, Indian news and forum/reddit/twitter posts shout, "not neutral."
Those are just people. The government has been categorically neutral. People atleast in India don't trust the west after what has happened in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Although a lot of the blames goes to the pakistani military junta, the west still can't be trusted by a lot of people in the third world.
And the Ukrainians getting busy to Bollywood music.

Made me cringe. Why do they choose romantic songs for these videos?

India's neutrality is never neutral when it comes to Russia and you can't blame the West for Afghanistan, it was no worse when they left if than when they got there.

Odessa was first acquired by Russia in 1794 by Catherine the Great and they forced their way in there again in 1919. If Odessa is overwhelmingly Russian, then India is overwhelmingly British, since colonisation of India predates Russian acquisition of Odessa and was longer in duration. J&K and some parts of India are mostly Muslim, does these mean Pakistan has rights to them?

Does Odessa look overwhelmingly Russia?

I have some subjective elements of appreciation of France seen from Ukraine. France is seen as the main Western support "from behind". The humanitarian and material aid provided has largely contributed to maintaining the resilience of the populations and has facilitated the rotation of front/rear personnel, which is essential for a certain balance and the regeneration of potential.

You can't put a figure on it, you can't measure it, but you can feel it and talk about it. Basically, we are not/no longer the ones who send them to the scrap heap (US/UK), but the ones who allow them to get out of it and hold on to it when they come back.

We are very much expected to help with the energy aspects following the Russian campaign to destroy the infrastructure.

French military equipment is appreciated and recognised. The volume, which is low, is not criticised simply for its volume or in comparison with the efforts of other countries. It is just deplored because the material is appreciated, it pleases a lot, it seduces. It is described as "special": an "original" design, simple, effective, logical. It is easy to handle, does not need to be dominated, unlike the ex-Soviet materials.

It is at least as effective, but more pleasant to use. It seems that a "French touch" is appreciated and recognised ("You don't wage war the same way as others").

Apparently, if the CAESAR is praised, the VAB was appreciated without being a big plus (it does the job, and does it just fine), but the MILAN seems to have been a very good surprise: they were expecting an old system, whose wire-guidance made the fire team more vulnerable than a Javelin or Fire & Forget equivalent, but they found a system that had its own place, more on prepared positions (in defence as well as in launching a counter-offensive) than in pure opportunity reactivity like other anti-tanks. Basically, you use a Javelin with balls, and a MILAN with your head.

The MILAN does well for an old system. When it came out the US was still operating the M47 Dragon, which was pretty terrible by comparison. In fact, the MILAN actually predated the Dragon by 3 years having looked. Any chance of them getting the Akeron MP?

Several pedestrian bridges in Kherson area destroyed to block Russian retreat.

I hope the french don't give any akerons to the Ukrainians. Stick with milan 2,milan 3's and eryx. The last thing we want is fifth gen atgm's getting in Iranian hands.

Another gesture of goodwill.

Russian Aim Reduction.

Take Ukraine by deposing Kyiv regime -> Take Novorossiya -> Make land bridge to Transnistria -> Make land bridge to Crimea.
