Ukraine - Russia Conflict

@randomradio, @Innominate Kinzhal uses a manoeuvrable RV for the record. So PAC-2 GEM-T stopped a Mach 12 MaRV.

This is fundamentally different to Iskander-M.

BS! 1000km Range........... Lauched at what altitude ? (probably from stratosphere! Lol)

What do you mean by this ? @randomradio
A Tomahawk is launched from the ground and the latest conventional version has a 1700+km range. It measures 5.56m x 0.52m, Storm Shadow measures 0.63m wide, with a rectangular(ish) cross-section and 5.1m long, Storm Shadow is the larger (by volume missile).

Some volume measurements:

Tomahawk - Pi x (.26)^2 x 5.56 = 1.18m^3

MdCN - Pi x (.25)^2 x 5.9m* = 1.16m^3(Estimated from 6.5m with booster, assumes same booster length as BGM-109)

Storm Shadow - Pi x 0.63 x 0.48 x 5.1 = 1.54m^3

Let's assume 0.58m^3 for warhead and engine in MdCN, with 0.58m^3 for fuel. If that is split 50:50 engine:warhead, the the Storm Shadow with a 50% larger warhead with occupy 0.725m^3 for engine and warhead with 0.815m^3 for fuel. The Storm Shadow is larger than anyone thinks.
Note the marking on the wall to his right. That is like vampire glyphs on Blade.

Suggestions an Su-24 may have been downed yesterday too. Saboteurs still at large.

Russian defence ministry confirms death of colonel Makarov and colonel Brovko, who were killed while attacking Ukrainian positions.

You're late to the party, 2 Mi-8 (including at least 1 Rychag-AG EW version), an Su-35, an Su-34 and an Su-24 were shot down yesterday. Russia also launched major missile and drone attacks on Kyiv and other cities, and only 1 missile made it through in Ternopil. Very bad day for Russia.
I had seen and kept this tweet in my GMail inbox as I was busy at work yesterday. Have life outside of online world with lots of challenges of my own.

Several drone/artillery videos in the Klishchiivka area. (which is not already taken over by the ukr contrary to the propaganda I have seen on the right and left)
Friday/Saturday we had the Russian positions along the canal being sprayed, today interdiction fire on Kishchiivka being reinforced (Russian section on truck a priori destroyed, except for the trucks that put the guys down and then take off, pedestrians all rushing in packs towards a house that takes a dozen 155mm squads behind and we see one survivor running away alone after the fire), the drone quietly flying over the forest south west of the village.
I have the impression that the Ukrainians intend to retake the fortified redoubt overlooking the south of Bakhmut. Same idea to the north but no impression that the Ukr are putting or have put pressure on the north of the Russian salient.

You are correct that Kishchiivka is still currently under Russian control but if you look back at my maps you'll see that a small section was lost north of Bakhmut too along the M-03 road and around the reservoir near Berkhivka to the west of Krasna Hora.
