So the usual strawman and red herring arguments. A coup must be normal for the Europeans then.

The surplus with India could be as high as $40-50B a year.
The problem for trade with India is the Russians are quite self-sufficient in a lot of goods India can provide, and they need help with brand names and high tech products that India cannot provide, and they don't care much about our services like the West does.
With the West eroding the rationality of buffer states, Russia will naturally react aggressively.
But the Russians need to cross the Dnieper for anything much to happen in Moldova. But this war is Moldova's chance to get into NATO like Finland did.

By what measure? Russia was pulling their strings beforehand, now they aren't. Political participation in Ukraine is higher than in India, as are civil liberties. Functioning of government is poor but there's a war on, so you can't expect it to be great.

Russia is seldom not at war in Europe for over a century. Only something very unnatural takes that much maintenance. And you wonder why the buffer states want to join NATO.

India is far more democratic than most countries in the West.

How about listing all the wars fought by great powers post Cold War along with the casualty rates? Let's compare Russia and the US after that.
We're discussing actions in Europe here. But you'll find that Russia/USSR was involved in some way or other in nearly every war fought by the West post-WWII, along with proxies like China and Iran. E.g. China supported the Taliban between 2001 and 2021, and it supported the Northern alliance against the Taliban before that. Now they're getting what they deserve. Russia and Iran supported mass-murdering militias in Iraq from 2003-2021, now they're getting what they deserve too.

Granted there was violence & lawlessness for sometime but Yanukovych would have been ousted anyway( By MPs).
